Just a quick video on how to use the Bob beck device.

Instructions:

– a glass of water with half of the tea spun of salt

– put the cotton sleeves in salt water for a minute

– squeeze them and put them on the electrodes

– put the electrodes under the velcro

– turn on the device and turn the knob until you feel electric pulses

– stop the knob when it is still comfortable for you
